William S. MacCartee

Billy MacCartee started in the insurance industry with Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc., better know as Optimum Choice. While there Billy became frustrated because he wanted to provide his customers with more personal service, and a larger variety of insurance choices. In the spring of 1996, Billy took action and opened up MacCartee Medical Management in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Three hundred corporate clients later, Billy’s vision of corporate special attention in the benefits area was realized.

Billy is a fourth generation Washingtonian on both sides of his family and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. Billy was named after his grandfather William E. Shannon. Billy is a alum of Mater Dei Elementary in Bethesda, Maryland and Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. He received his B.A. undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Billy and his wife Elena live in Chevy Chase, Maryland with their two boys.

Jeffrey P. Murray

Jeff Murray started in the insurance industry with Prudential Financial in Bethesda, MD. Jeff is an expert in executive benefits and corporate benefits. Jeff’s financial background gives him a competitive edge when advising families and businesses. Jeff is a third generation Washingtonian. He is a alum of Blessed Sacrament School and Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. He has a B.A. from Fordham University in New York, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Jeff and his wife Barb live in Darnestown, Maryland with their three children.

Patrick Donnelly

Pat Donnelly started his insurance carrier with Monument. He has extensive knowledge in the consumer driven healthcare area. Pat is a third generation Washingtonian and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. His grandfather started J. Lee Donnelly & Sons, currently located in Bethesda, MD. His father, Joseph Donnelly II, is the president of Donnelly & Associates. Pat is a alum of Holy Redeemer Elementary in Kensington, Maryland and Gonzaga College High School in Washington D.C. He received his B.A. undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Pat and his wife Cynthia live in Potomac, Maryland with their son.
